I was batting 100% percent every time, and that can't be a coincidence. I'm guessing traits also play their part, but I didn't try testing that (not yet anyway, though I probably will now). Additionally, the duration of the birth control buff can be altered with settings. By default, the interaction will only show-up in Flirty mood, but that can be changed with settings. So yes, age really has a large impact on the success rate of Risky Woohoo regardless of your percentage. A Drink Birth Control interaction on active Sims that can be used to reduce the chance of having babies either with Risky Woohoo or Try for Baby by 50. As she approached the "menopause" point, I had to switch to Try For Baby to ensure a pregnancy. As Founding Female aged, and especially once she reached the Adulthood transition, the first time Risky Woohoo success rate dropped and she didn't automatically get pregnant. Again, every single Risky Woohoo resulted in a pregnancy, though thankfully just single babies each time. The next pregnancy was again on the first time, with twins. Founding Female got pregnant the very first time they woohooed. My founding couple both had the family-friendly trait (they also had the Surrounded By Family lifetime wish). One rule I was testing out was making all Woohoo be risky right from the start. I do have Woohooer installed along with Story Progression but have made no adjustments to any settings/percentages. I've been playing with a legacy and experimenting with Risky Woohoo too. Just adding a few observations, which may be of some interest.
